Pertinent to your organization’s audit chain, Pryvicy creates a secure activity log detailing all emails and attachments sent, the recipients thereof, and whether these communiques were within or outside your organization. 

Pryvicy fortifies any information sent in the body of an email, through encryption of this text. Only the intended addressee is able to open the decrypted email. If an unintended interception were to take place, said operator would only have access to an encrypted version of the email text. 

Any attachment(s) being sent with an email, is encrypted by Pryvicy. A Pryvicy-generated password is then automatically sent to the intended recipient of the original email as a secondary mail. Authentication using the password, allows decryption and access to any attachment(s) transferred to said recipient. 

Corporate companies can specify SFTP server credentials, to which Pryvicy will isolate all outgoing attachments. Not only will this allow for the sending of large files, but a subsequent system-generated link will enable only authorized recipients access to this information, thereby asserting absolute control over what information leaves your environment.  

Pryvicy scans outgoing emails and attachments for Identity and Social Security Numbers. These emails are automatically blind copied (BCC) to your company’s Compliance Department, to ensure appropriate safeguarding, tracking and auditing of this personal information.
